Blue Note Photography & Design is a total concept studio owned and operated by Paul Singh. This model affords businesses the benefit having a project managed from concept to production in a "one stop shop" including all photography, graphic design and web design.
Paul obtained his Bachelor of Arts (Communications) at the University of Technology (Sydney) way back in the nineties and commenced work thereafter as a commercial photographer and designer in Sydney, also becoming involved in tertiary photographic education and curriculum development.
In search of a more challenging application of his skills, Paul joined the Forensic Services Group in 2000 firstly as a forensic imaging specialist and then as a forensic investigator.
Widely regarded as one of Australias authorities on forensic imaging, Paul has trained staff from all Australian jurisdictions and has developed and delivered customised training to the NSW Police Force, Australian Federal Police, West Australian Police Service, Dept of Immigration and the Attorney General's Emergency Management Program.
Paul received the FSG Directors Award in 2006 and his efforts in crime scene photography have seen him work on some of NSW's highest profile cases of the past decade. In 2004 Paul co-authored the crime scene photography chapter of Feckleton and Selby's "Law Notes", a court room bible.
"My sound technical skills combined with an artistic flair provide a point of difference for Blue Note Photography and Design. I can guarantee that work is delivered to spec, on time, every time. As a small studio I can offer a very personal and unique experience to my clients, whether it be family portraiture or the design of a corporate prospectus. I want my clients to walk away completely satisfied with their product."
"Musically, a blue note is one that is added to a scale to provide emphasis, emotion & difference. It is this concept, that a small point of difference can make a huge impact, that is reflected in Blue Note Photography and Design."
